My name is Low Hang Wei, with no English name and no intentions to get one. I was born on 11 October, 1984. As of the moment I started this blog, I am turning 22 in a few days. I set up this blog because I want to be a millionaire before my 26th birthday… and I have 4 years left to achieve that goal.

Personally, I like my blog’s domain name, FirstMillionChallenge.com. This is seriously a big challenge for me because I’m not even making $100 a month now! I used to make quite good money from the internet, but I sold my website before I enlisted at a stupid price of $16,000. This is my worst trade ever… the website’s profits for a year is even more than that and it takes just 3 hours per week to maintain the site.

After selling the site, I lost motivation to proceed in Internet Marketing, partly because I need to serve my National Service and I’m an extremely law-abiding citizen. I know that it’s against the directive to moonlight, which is the reason I sold my website. So… for the next few years, I stopped my Internet Marketing activities.

Oops… it’s getting boring… so let’s get to the point.

The reason behind setting up this blog is simple - I needed to stop procrastinating and start working towards my goal. By declaring my goal to everyone, I have no choice but to make it happen! Also, I want to document my success story by blogging everyday about the detailed actions I took to move towards my goal. I’m expecting this blog to become an information gold mine.

Reasons behind my Goal
I have strong reasons that fuel my desire to become a millionaire both on a personal level and a broader level. Firstly, I don’t really like our office culture where office politics are more important than actual work done. I want to become a model employer that rewards accordingly and brings out the best of each staff, however hard that may be. Also, I find the role of an employer more challenging, since every decision I make will affect more people.

Second reason - Sometimes I look around and see tons of people who need help. When I’m unable to help, I feel needles pricking through my heart. However, to help others, I must first help myself by producing phenomenal results. Only then will I be able to motivate people around me and guide them to producing phenomenal results for themselves as well.

Third reason - I need money, I want money. “Not Having Money Is The Root Of All Evil”

Can I achieve the goal?
Of course I think I can make a million dollars within four years, otherwise I would not have set up this blog. Anyone can achieve anything as long as their mind can conceive and believe.

You can help me as well!
I’m a strong believer in the power of thoughts, so if you want to help me achieve my goals, just pray for me. Simply believing that I will reach my goals is a great help. Just imagine if millions of people believe that I will achieve my goals, what can stop me? It will become a self fulfilling prophecy!

Of course, if you want to take further actions to help, I will really appreciate if you spread word of my blog around. I’m an exhibitionist and I’m not afraid to admit it.
