Sunshine Empire - Too Good To Be True?

While most of their merchants do acknowledge that these returns are not guaranteed, it does not change the fact that many people who buy into the program are expecting those returns. Many people are unaware of the potential risks of putting their money in a program like Sunshine Empire.
Firstly, the benefit illustration that their merchants are using in their presentations exceed a 100% annualized return, which is around three to five times the performance of top investors like Warren Buffett and Peter Lynch. That alone is enough ground for people to shout ‘too good to be true’. Additionally, their customer rebate program sounds just like a Ponzi scheme, since it basically takes only 10% of membership fees to rebate current members. In short, people who joined later are paying people who joined earlier. In order for a ponzi scheme to sustain, the amount of members need to grow at an exponential speed month after month. That alone is enough reason to drive rational investors away.
However, I recently decided to get a slot in Sunshine Empire and paid for the membership fees and GP fees of $11,800 just today.
Do I think that it’s a wise investment to make?
Not a chance, Sunshine Empire is not even recognised by MAS as an investment vehicle in the first place.
Would I refer anyone to put their money in Sunshine Empire?
Fat hope, why would I refer anybody to something that I do not think is a wise investment.
Why did I put my money in Sunshine Empire then?
- The desire to grow my money made me blind.
- While their customer rebate program sounds like a Ponzi scheme, their customer loyalty program does make a bit of sense. If you don’t know what these are, don’t bother to find out, since I do not recommend anyone to put their money in.
- This amount of money is what I made in investments for the year and I can afford to lose them.
Basically, the last point is the most important point. Never put your money in these type of schemes if you cannot afford to lose them. I sincerely feel that this whole thing is very risky, but I’m willing to take the risks. I don’t know about you, but my advice to anyone would be… stay away unless you are prepared to part with your money forever.

I have been to Hong Kong Convention and collect my ICC card .
I also transfer my e-point to my Malaysia merchant to help me to without my re-fund and manage to take out 32,320EP.
Withdraw using Malaysia currency a bit low than Singapore dollar but I don’t want to wait .
A lot of my Malaysia Merchant started to withdraw their money already .

my friend has gone to hong kong to pick up his cash card and has got it now. he was told he can use it in 2 weeks time. i believe there will be more excuses and he cannot get his money. its a scam! why would they give people their money back!!! but my friend and his friends all still believe in SE. he still thinks he will get money every month - he’s relying on this pay his mortgage. some people are just naive and lazy, thinking that they can get rich without hard work.

Do you notice SE’s words are all very dubious?
Like they say the will wire up 90% of Taichung. First, never say you will until you confirm. In the end it was awarded to some other company, right? BUT before that, they claim they will do a wireless project in Singapore. In the end? Nothing. Wireless@SG wasn’t awarded to them.
Next, their property projects. I counted at least 5 designs for their Malacca theme park. And 2 designs for their KL project. This is a property development, you cannot anyhow change the design anytime, especially after the design had been approved and sales had started.
See this. They claim they only sell internally, but the majority of the units had been sold out. Makes sense? From such a small pool of people?
Also. The talk that CAD had frozen their accounts. It’s from their mouths, not from CAD.
Latest news a mth ago they’ve been teaching agents to sell paper clips to pass a SE course.
How can one believe in someone who runs such a shabby, dubious company? Just check his history.

Hi everyone,
sorry for the mistake, I reconfirm with my friend, until now, there is no official refund or any related activities announce by SE. Transfer point to Msia ( or any country SE have business with ) and withdraw is only possible at the very beginning of all legal issue - SE already frozen all account and stop international transfer of any point.
According to him, now SE offer a ‘package’ for those who haven’t earn back their initial deposit. Example, if SE still own some one RM10k, then this particular member can buy account from Emmax with lower price, say RM4k (Ringgit Malaysia 4000) for a actual-price-RM6k-account, then sell to others with RM6k, the real price. This particular member can buy and sell 5 such ‘offered’ account, thus earn back the debt deposit. ( RM2k earned for each sell, RM2k x 5 = RM10k, debt is done ! )
If its real, me myself have to admit, I really really solute to JP, he is damn smart. No matter what he win all the match. No matter what, 100+1% win.
Well, for the Wireless Project in TaiChung, hhhmmm… he said that its not fake, the project was actually carry out. But the fund was cheated and ’stolen’ by some one which play an important role in this project. So, SE loss the fund and those ‘authorities’ in charged, thus project have to terminate. eeerrrr… I really can’t comment how true it’s… It doesn’t make sense to me.
Please correct if I did any mistake.

If you have a friend in Malaysia .You can transfer your e-point to him and used his ICC card to withdraw your refund.
Over 200 of my downlines and me(Singapore SE) already taken our re-fund already.
Do it fast before any changes .

Hi FT & everyone,
Nice to meet u guy. well, I just back from KL, with a old friend which is a member of SE. (He hold one of the biggest SE group in Msia, as I mentioned b4)
He never told me there is such things happen. Except I ‘SEEM’ heard he said, refund only for those who haven’t ‘earn’ back their initial deposit. He screaming about this matter.
From his opinion, he commented that he not really have confident with SE to continue give out commission.
Anyone have latest and more reliable news? He is a member of SE but I’m not, I guess he won’t tell me so many ‘confidential’ stuff.

I’m Singapore Merchant of SE.
My Malaysian friends told me ,many of their merchant had received the cash card last week .
Now they all started to withdraw their re-fund already .
But why our Singapore merchant don’t received the cash card ? Don’t have the re-fund ?

The money from sales will be used to fund the agent’s trip to SE’s Macau / HK event. Yes in order to “qualify”, the agent has to hit a certain target.
They will lie to the people saying its for a school module, using the names of all the polys and even SMU and ITE and a “private school”.
Some even produce a fake permi

apparently in order to get their monthly rebate they have had to apply for a cash card. taken months and my friend hasnt got his yet.but rumour has it that some people have got theirs.doesnt make sense to me have to get a cash card and i told my friend so but hes still hoping. i dont believe he will get his money back -they will be more excuses. why would SE give money back to people

everyone out there. if you are someone who thinks that this is a scam or money game or whatsoever. why not just go open your own company, and make sure you really make it and build an organisation as big as SE or em-max. you cant do it within less than 5 year and make sure everyone in your company earns not a decent amount of 1-2k a month but at least 10-20k a month. dont bark like a dog here if you cant even do so, because for all you know, you are regarded as an animal or something which is worthless. plus which company can really make a person with lesser education to really make such money. isnt this world unfair. yes. thats why there are such company to make it more fair to this society. not only people with education but people with education too. so what if you study like 20-30 years. end of the day, you achieve practically NOTHING. what you got is knowledge, but if you cant make use of it, too bad. you are still a loser. people inside who believes in this system will confirm know why they are in still at this point of time or even at a more pathetic time. because this is somewhere we can shine and produce our best and get rewarded with the best. so if you dont understand what im saying, you are an idiot because even an idiot can do this plan with perfection but you cant as you are worst that an idiot. you are practically brain-less.

Lastly, due to e refund of our acc, it must depend on which phase u put..
If ur acc is on e 1st phase, den u’ll nt have ur refund as ur capital has been taken finish.. If u really have calculate e money which u take..
If ur on e 2nd phase, e money will be refund within 2 to 6 months..
while if ur on the 3rd phase, den ur money will be refund monthly…abit by abit…

It was reported in the 6.30pm chinese news on channel 8 last night that a member of SE wanted a refund for one of her accounts but SE claimed that they will only do it after CAD’s investigation since their accounts have been frozen.
So now the fundamental question that I have been asking all the while. What is taking CAD so long?

guys..only words is no enough anything..instead, i did a search on my own..their company emcom is registered in taiwan’s telecom website(www.ncc.gov.tw) its a type 2 communication operator…(got this from sg forum..) so it might be some misunderstanding ba… cos from wat i observe..m1 also wasn’t chosen by IDA
during the selection.. but it is also running the wifi service..
anyway.. just got the news… the acount is indeed frozen .. so rather contridic to wat cad actually said that it will not interfere on the operation(something like that)..and it is really no wonder why the company hav problem paying to their customer..so wat is really going on here? so could it hav being wrongly accuse/frame? else how come action does not match with wat they said? innocent person at stack…shit.. i am lossing confident with the info provided by the news…up to now.. too many ppl involve liao.. and are we really looking at the real criminal here? e.g. could that “Mr.Tan Khian Tee (BM Tan)” be the real culprit that destroy the name/reputation of the company? that cause the complain?

Heard fr fren that many has sign up to tr acct to EmMax HK.Money freeze by CAD might not be enough to pay all members back.My fren invested 2GP n got rebates 3x only b4 CAD came in….Upline also ask to tr to HK…many advise him not to cos overseas more hard to claim if something happen.upline can disappear too????????
