Sunshine Empire - Too Good To Be True?

While most of their merchants do acknowledge that these returns are not guaranteed, it does not change the fact that many people who buy into the program are expecting those returns. Many people are unaware of the potential risks of putting their money in a program like Sunshine Empire.
Firstly, the benefit illustration that their merchants are using in their presentations exceed a 100% annualized return, which is around three to five times the performance of top investors like Warren Buffett and Peter Lynch. That alone is enough ground for people to shout ‘too good to be true’. Additionally, their customer rebate program sounds just like a Ponzi scheme, since it basically takes only 10% of membership fees to rebate current members. In short, people who joined later are paying people who joined earlier. In order for a ponzi scheme to sustain, the amount of members need to grow at an exponential speed month after month. That alone is enough reason to drive rational investors away.
However, I recently decided to get a slot in Sunshine Empire and paid for the membership fees and GP fees of $11,800 just today.
Do I think that it’s a wise investment to make?
Not a chance, Sunshine Empire is not even recognised by MAS as an investment vehicle in the first place.
Would I refer anyone to put their money in Sunshine Empire?
Fat hope, why would I refer anybody to something that I do not think is a wise investment.
Why did I put my money in Sunshine Empire then?
- The desire to grow my money made me blind.
- While their customer rebate program sounds like a Ponzi scheme, their customer loyalty program does make a bit of sense. If you don’t know what these are, don’t bother to find out, since I do not recommend anyone to put their money in.
- This amount of money is what I made in investments for the year and I can afford to lose them.
Basically, the last point is the most important point. Never put your money in these type of schemes if you cannot afford to lose them. I sincerely feel that this whole thing is very risky, but I’m willing to take the risks. I don’t know about you, but my advice to anyone would be… stay away unless you are prepared to part with your money forever.

Oh ya sam mok when you said

You already admit and prove that your company don’t have the power to be stable and inso your company have no responsibility over people’s money.
Will people still trust in a company who are not responsible with their money?
Even banks or REAL investment companies like AIA have government or money to back up if their investors lose money but you guys HAVE NOTHING BUT EMPTY SHELLS.
I check with taiwan side and people told me that it does not exist.Perhaps there is a wireless lan but it is not from sunshine whom build it.

The weird thing is even after so many shitty things, I still see people in sunshine and are still continued to be brainwashed,
That day I was walking around bedok mrt and saw sunshine people selling things on the streets saying they are now playing a game to raise money, and they sell one paper clip or piece of tissue for 2 BUCKS!!!!!!!
I think the people still in sunshine stay because of these 4 reasons
1 They are stupid
2 They have a large amount of $ in there
3 They have alot of “friends” and the bonds are so strong that they kena brainwash also dunno.
4 They still think they can succeed and hit the jackpot again

After reading thru the comments which you guys have shared, allow me to leave comment for you guys to have some thoughts.

Looks like HISTORY has showed how capable this world is doing. But looks like NOT many people understand how THIS WICKED WORLD WORKS.
We need REAL LEADER, REAL MAN who has the foresight, who can foreseen what COULD BE happen next. And the HISTORY has already told us about this, back in THOUSAND YEARS ago.
Yet people who are ‘unknown to this wicked world’ still believe this scheme works.
Imagine you are a 70 years old father, base on your journey of LIFE EXPEREIENCE (your past history) and you’re educating your children (since young and now your child has become 40 years old) the right way of life, and your children doesn’t listen to you, continue his OWN way of life, where your past history(past experience) has shown you that this is not the right way of doing it, how will you feel?

hai..and hai…last time i invested about 2000 heng…get back only about 800 dollars…18 years old and naive…trying to have some $$…join for 1 month see all their dirty tricks from brainwashing other people to getting yourself brainwash and buy more and more…but luckily after seeing this consious act upon me…realize that something is wrong…couldnt bring myself to cheat people as i know it is cheating in disguise…stop after 1 month…well, 2k can consisted gone…justing waiting for the monthly rebate…which is pathetic…
cad investigate….i made a report too, office told me that they said not using people money to pay other people…liar…, they use a method to disguise it…with so many $$ with them , they lend related companies money with little or 0 interest…so how they make money? well recruit more people….why they have so many so call projects…high chance is the company they give money to, to fake out something in collaboration…make the public believe. hence project didnt realize…it is like a water pool with a hole…u have to give your members the cash…at the same time u pump in more water to support the outflow…newbies are like fishes being thrown into the pool no knowing that is is going to run dry soon…delays and delays is just to limit the output….so that there is still some $$ for events to recruit more…

Swisscash欺詐案證券會勝訴
3答辯人須賠2.8億
（吉隆坡28日訊）證券委員會在一起網絡投資欺詐訴訟案中勝訴，高庭宣判3名涉及Swisscash投資欺詐案的答辯人，必須賠償多達8300萬美元（2億8220萬令吉）給受影響的投資者。
證券監督委員會發表文告說，法庭在9月25日的判詞中，諭令3名簽辯人，包括李基先、朱文豪及Dynamic Revolution私人有限公司，作出上述巨額賠償（上述人名譯音）。

文告指出，證監會強調，Swiss Mutual Fund或Swisscash，並沒有獲得該委員會所發出的執照。
文告指出，公眾必須投資在那些獲得證監會發出執照的公司，才能獲得證券法律下的保障，而合法的公司名單可在證監會的網站獲得。
3000萬先匯回大馬
投資受害者將獲賠
隨著一筆3000萬令吉的Swisscash款額匯回大馬后，符合資格的Swisscash網絡投資受害者可獲得賠償。
文告說，大馬與外國，包括瑞士、英國屬地曼島、澤西島、澳洲及新加坡成為合作伙伴，以追查此案，並把扣押在海外的3000萬令吉回國。
文告說，證券監督委員會舉辦會議與7個監督組織會面，加強國際之間的配合，以及交換有關Swisscash欺詐案的資料。
另一方面，據報導，證監會在去年9月成功獲得庭令，指示其中一名答辯人阿米爾，把Swisscash存在海外戶頭的大馬投資者款項匯回大馬。這筆款項分別存在香港和新加坡的6和8個戶頭。
文告說，證監會在去年6月成功申請國際凍結資產禁令，以阻止答辯人在大馬或海外處理他們的資產。
這項判決亦是證監會在2年內追蹤Swisscash投資欺詐案罪行的關鍵性結果，查案官跨越了7個國家進行國際調查，以收集證據及追查Swisscash的基金。

Then Emcom wireless in singapore, vanished. Emcom wireless in Taichung, Taipei, all disappeared.
